Domestic Shipping

**Shipping times will be delayed due to COVID19, orders may take up to 10 Business days to arrive at their destinations. Orders generally ship in 7-10 business days, and may ship the same day, if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 12:00pm PST. We cannot guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select.

International Shipping

International orders generally ship in 1-2 business days, and may ship the same day, if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 12:00pm PST. We cannot guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select.

Customs Duties and Taxes: Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied the country you live in. Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. As the recipient of an international order, you are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Griffin Technology has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs Value: Griffin Technology is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. Please also note that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

International orders are shipped using USPS First Class International or UPS Worldwide Saver. These shipping methods take 7-14 business days and may be delayed further depending on customs policies.

Military Shipping Information

We gladly ship to APO and FPO locations. Be sure to select Economy Domestic Shipping as your shipping option. Unfortunately, we cannot ship packages using an express service to APO or FPO addresses.

When filling out the address section of the cart, please place your Unit number in the "Address" field along with your box number (if required), APO or FPO in the "City" field, and select the appropriate Armed Forces region from the State drop-down.

Orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses may be delayed for an extended period of time due to location. We appreciate your patience.

Discount Codes

Only one coupon code can be applied per order. If your order has been placed, your order total cannot be modified.

Payment Methods

Our webstore currently accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club cards. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay.

Cancellations

We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. As long as the order has not been processed by our warehouse team, we are able to cancel your order. However, during promotion periods such as Cyber Weekend, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed due to the high volume of orders received during this time.

If you no longer want the item(s) purchased, and as long as your product is unopened, please contact our support team by phone or email and we'll set up a return for refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage.

Amazon And Other 3rd-Party Websites

Griffin occasionally sells, and may fulfill, orders on websites such as Amazon.com, eBay.com, and others. Orders fulfilled by Amazon are subject to Amazon's shipping policies. Orders placed on Amazon, or other websites, but fulfilled by Griffin, are subject to the Domestic or International Shipping policies as described on this Shipping Information page.
